More about this courseThis Business Management and Human Resource Management BA (Hons) degree focuses on understanding businesses, the business environment and how to manage the people within them. Human resource management (HRM) is a key driving force for successful businesses. Because we recognise this element is so important to business strategy, we’ve developed a course that doesn’t just teach you about core business principles, but also incorporates the people side of things too. In your first year, you’ll develop a solid foundation of business management principles that you’ll build on in your second and third year. You’ll also learn how to apply business theory to practical scenarios and learn how to acquire, motivate, develop and retain talent. As the business landscape has changed in recent years, more people are needed to work flexibly across roles. This course is designed to educate you on change management and how to embrace this, aiming to make you more employable when you graduate.
