Our degree in Business & Human Resource Management (HRM) will give you the skills you need to successfully manage organisations and their people in today’s fast-paced, and often challenging business environments and to play a part in influencing strategic business decisions. This course: Prepares students to start or progress further in their career as HR professionals. Is CIPD Accredited and students will receive an Associate level membership after completion of the degree Is aligned to the CIPD professional map’s knowledge and behaviour, to support the student’s continuous professional development through the course modules. Provides various opportunities for students to gain knowledge on the current HR trends through guest speakers, case studies and seminars. Makes sure students get regular updates on HR job opportunities available locally and provides support from Employability and Careers service.
