The Business & Management (International Route) Level 6 Top-up degree is a one academic year (September to June), full-time, in-person course, designed for international students who have a Level 5 equivalent (e.g. HND or associate degree) business and/or management-related qualification. This course is for you if you wish to continue your studies at final year (Level 6) honours level in the UK and develop your English language, academic, vocational and research skills at the same time. Please note this course is only for those who are aged 18 years or older. The course helps you adjust to studying in the UK whilst you earn a UK honours degree. It also helps you develop the skills and knowledge necessary for postgraduate study in the UK and/or vocational skills for English-medium work in your field. If you achieve a second class honours degree or higher (50%+), we guarantee you entry to our MSc in International Business programmes. On this programme you will: Develop the academic and communication skills you need to perform at postgraduate level in English or in a business & management role which needs English. Gain contemporary knowledge of business and management. Develop your personal and academic English language skills. Gain confidence and experience at functioning in English-medium academic and vocational environments. Have opportunities to take part in interactive activities with other international and UK students. Learn to conduct independent research projects and to evaluate research in your field so that you are ready for postgraduate study in English.
