Sheffield Hallam University is one of the UK’s largest universities. It’s spread over two campuses in the centre of Sheffield, which is one of the country’s most popular student cities. Sheffield is home to around 60,000 students. There’s plenty to enjoy when not studying, from independent shops to student nightlife. The Peak District National Park can be reached by bus in just 20 minutes. The university teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses that span a large variety of subject areas. It has one of the oldest art and design institutions in the country and is one of the largest providers for courses in: Health and social care Teacher training Sport and physical activity It has invested more than £100 million into buildings and facilities over the past five years.
