The worst aspects is car park for students . It should be free car park provided for students by University. Students who does not live in Derby and have to drive from other cities. Good aspect is that university has really good and lovely teachers.

Overall very nice, good falicities and good union. the only issues I've had is where I'm based as I am a substantial distance away from the main uni building and student life in terms of socialising isn't the greatest (not the uni's fault) but overall very good academic side

Overall, my university experience has been very positive. The environment on campus is welcoming and inclusive, and everyone is friendly and supportive. The lecturers are highly approachable and genuinely committed to helping students succeed. In particular, the seminars are extremely beneficial as they provide a more interactive setting to deepen understanding and clarify concepts. In terms of areas for improvement, one common concern among students is the cafeteria’s closing time. It currently closes around 2 PM, while many of us have classes scheduled until 5 PM. Extending the café’s operating hours would greatly enhance convenience and improve the overall student experience. Aside from this, the university provides a great atmosphere for learning and personal growth.

Overall, it’s a friendly university that provides a good balance of academic support and practical experieNce.

Its very versatile and great place because it has alot of mixed cultures and people from all around the world that we get to study witha s well as the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, its the best place to study
