Our BSc Bioveterinary Sciences with Placement Year is a four-year course exploring the basic biological sciences that inform current biomedical research and clinical practice. In addition to the three-year BSc Bioveterinary Sciences course, you will spend a placement year working in industry, the charity sector, a government department or a research institute, to develop work place skills and industry expertise.This programme has received Advanced Accreditation from the Royal Society of Biology following an independent and rigorous assessment. Accredited degree programmes contain a solid academic foundation in biological knowledge and key skills, and prepare graduates to address the needs of employers.
