Swansea University

Swansea is a beautiful place to come for university. The university is located on the beach and there are numerous sightseeing locations in Swansea which take your breath away. The lecturers at Swansea University truly care and ensure they do everything in their capacity to allow you to meet your full potential. There are several societies and sporting opportunities and you can even create your own society. The environment is very student friendly and people in Swansea are very kind. Swansea university is ranked very highly across a multitude of different aspects from courses they have to offer and research facilities to student experience. I wouldn’t necessarily call this the worst experience of my time at university so far but the downside for me has definitely been the weather because I come from a country where it’s summer for most of the year. Eventually though, you do get used to it.

Covid has messed things up but the uni has supported us and tried to keep us all going compared to my friends in other unis, Swansea is smashing it! The SU organising the largest outdoor student only space to meet for drinks with friends or society socials has been a lifesaver for many! All the societies are working hard to keep things interesting and many lectures are trying to include in person lectures if they can! All the lectures I’ve been to have been very COVID safe

Great, there are a lot of opportunities and things to do. The subjects are doable and you can ask for help. The library has many books and is open almost all the time.

Enjoying myself while being at uni. The uni help when needed. Enjoy playing sports the most. And making memories and getting my degree. Really love Swansea uni

Swansea is my second uni fter dropping out of different ine. I feel so much more st home here with so many friends and im part if the badmintln team so i can study as well as enjoy my sport
