Sheffield Hallam University is one of the largest universities in the UK. It is spread over two campuses across the city of Sheffield, a popular student city. Sheffield is home to a student population of over 60,000. There’s lots to enjoy when not studying, from independent shops to vibrant nightlife. The Peak District National Park can be reached by bus in just 20 minutes and other city centres across the UK are accessible by train. The university teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses that span a large variety of subject areas. It has one of the oldest art and design institutions in the country and is one of the largest providers for courses in health and social care and teacher training. Courses at Sheffield Hallam have a focus on applied learning and come with a guarantee of work experience.
