In addition, understanding the behaviour of animals has become an essential tool in promoting their conservation. Our course offers you an ideal opportunity to explore the study of animal behaviour practically and theoretically.A Psychology degree from Chester will equip you with a broad range of employability skills, including literacy, numeracy, critical appraisal, data handling, communication, and logical problem-solving skills. If you are interested in a career in psychology, there are specialist routes through the course where you can take relevant elective modules at each level. Many Psychology departments offer Single Honours degrees accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). However, Chester is unusual in that it also offers accredited Combined Honours degrees for students who major in Psychology.
