Contemporary theatre practice incorporates multiple disciplines, performers are required to ‘act’ in the traditional sense, but increasingly, to also play instruments.  The BA (Hons) Actor Musician programme offers distinctive and practical dual training for actors who have musical skills and musicians who have acting skills. The BA (Hons) Actor Musician programme aims to create employable graduates who combine such dual skills to the highest level. The BA (Hons) Actor Musician programme provides an integrated approach within a vocational creative environment in pursuit of a sustainable career within the performance and entertainment industries. The BA (Hons) Actor Musician programme aims to create professionals who appreciate and understand the creative and aesthetic skills associated with contemporary performance. The BA (Hons) Actor Musician programme offers a unique, exciting and demanding training in professional acting and musicianship.
