The best thing about this uni is that the faculty is really supportive and as an international student taht has been really helpful to me

CU London Group is a amazing campus located in Dagenham. The professor who teaches us is great. The location ,facilities, student support, campus look and feel, students life is acceptable and nice but sometimes some staffs of cafeteria, reception seems frustrated, it's common but when it comes to dealing with students they should be supportive rather than showing frustration. None of the students are professional or familiar to the surrounding, they're here for learning and not only thing related to course, obviously they will learn from you. There are a lot of international student's who really needs support. Of course you guys are doing great but do some small improvements. I'm new here so I haven't noticed all the things and the things I've noticed are nice. You might think that I'm doing complain along with 5 star rating, it is because I don't want you guys to feel upset. I hope you guys look and solve all the queries of students. Small improvements makes bigger changes. Thankyou

There is a huge library with plenty of resources and facilities for students. Furthermore, the library is open all day and everyday which allows students to plan their time suitable for them. The campus is spacious which makes it a lovely area to visit. To improved my university experience, I would suggest free taster/activity sessions weekly where students can explore and try new things to make their university experience more exciting and not just focused on work based. Furthermore, to help with student engagement, I also suggest optional learning sessions for students who wants more support outside their lectures and prevent falling behind. For example, from broader learning sessions from reading and homework sessions to fun and interactive sessions like cooking and singing sessions.

Best aspects: One of the best things about my university experience has been the supportive and approachable lecturers. They really take the time to explain things clearly and give helpful feedback, which has made a big difference to my confidence and understanding. I’ve also enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds, which has created a friendly and inclusive environment. The campus facilities, especially the library and study areas, are great for focused work. Worst aspects / areas for improvement: Sometimes communication about deadlines or timetable changes could be clearer and sent out earlier. Also, it would be great to have more practical workshops and career related events to help students connect what they learn in class to real-world experience.

Friendly and helpful teachers, more activities and a friendly environment. There are no Worst aspects. I enjoy being there
