MA Academic Practice is a part-time postgraduate taught programme combining theory, practice, and the use of reflection to enable you to develop your teaching skills and educational knowledge for your role in Higher Education.
The programme is primarily aimed at staff (internal or external to City, University of London) with an educating or facilitating role with students in Higher Education.
A key characteristic of the programme involves learning by working with peers, as well as through engagement with a number of educational technologies.
This programme provides maximum flexibility in terms of you engaging with it.
Study is part-time and each module usually consists of between 2 and 6 days teaching spread across one or two terms. In addition, modules include a range of online activities and assessments.
