The flexibility of studying from anywhere allows for a good balance with other commitments, making it easier to manage time effectively. However, one area for improvement could be the addition of more online meetings with facilitators. This would give students more opportunities to engage in live discussions, ask questions in real-time, and interact with their instructors and peers. Firstly the university environment is so neat and quiet everytime to study. Great facilities has been provided by the university to make our studying easy and less hard and by also providing us with a support System called CASE to help us out in any difficulties in our studies

I attended this university for my undergraduate degree over a decade ago, and I cherished my experience then just as much as I do now. Currently, I find myself in a different phase of life as a mature student with a young family. Nevertheless, I believe that the student experience and facilities continue to meet my needs, even as they differ from those I had during my undergraduate studies. Across all campuses, the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean and well-maintained, fostering a strong sense of pride among both students and staff. Overall, the university feels safe and inclusive. I wouldn't say there is a worst aspect of my university experience, as I feel it meets my expectations at this stage in my career and life.
