Exceptional campus with great facilities, and easy to navigate with signs. Lots of opportunities for societies ect and there is something for everyone. Working alongside other like-minded students and lots of opportunities to make new friends helps for a great work/life balance. Friendly and helpful staff bring a welcoming atmosphere. Many opportunities created by the university for undergraduate jobs and other things which help in bolstering student’s cv. A variety of courses available for students to choose from, my course (Chemistry) is enjoyable and academically challenging which helps me to push myself to work to my maximum capacity and the facilities and staff are amazing to help assist me to work as best as I can.

The facilities are excellent and so is the support offered by staff, tutors, librarians, welfare support etc. The location of creative campus is beautiful and so handy for the city centre. My course is excellent and engaging.

So far everything is fine. The lecturers are really helpful and won't make you feel insecure about your knowledge. There is just some problems oh terms of timetable management, but for now everything seems great.

Campus life is engaging and fun if you're active; lots of choices of sports and social clubs. 3sixty club in campus is also one of best student clubbing experience I've had in the UK. Library is chic and comfortable with sufficient study spaces and books / online resource. Course content is interesting and inspiring but coursework is indeed demanding (if you are a good and hardworking student). Tutoring hours is not quite enough and most of the time you are expected to guide yourself through module content and problem solving. Disabilities support is available and of easy access but they could be reluctant to provided further assistance to students suffering from severe conditions or sudden accidents, and this could impact your studies to a large degree. However, if you are a healthy student with normal social life, it is not that difficult to graduate with a 2:1 or 1st with a bit of hard work whilst enjoying uni life.

Given the unique challenges faced by these students—such as research commitments, placements, or unforeseen personal circumstances—offering flexible housing options would greatly enhance their academic experience and overall well-being. This initiative would reflect the university's commitment to student support, ensuring that all scholars have access to a stable and conducive living environment during critical phases of their studies.

Best aspects are the people and the night life at the university- with it being so small you’re able to find someone you know easily. Worst aspects- general location, accommodation is maybe a 30 minute slope walk from town and shops which makes it hard to travel after shopping

Positive aspects: University buildings, classrooms, teachers. Negative aspects: University location, support for students. The start time of morning classes has changed due to the long distance for students. More support for students.
