Scottish Gaelic degrees in Scotland

Great place to study due to its historical ties and the prestige of its education. However, it does leave a lot to be desired in other aspects of uni life, such as its students' union and its organisation.

A lot of the courses aren't really standardised. Some use Moodle a lot, some don't. Though that might also be the lecturers trying to customise it to their teaching style. Lecturers are a mixed bag. Some read directly from slides, others actually try and engage with the class. Depends on what subject.

UHI is a fantastic university for distance learning courses. The support that they provide is assuring, teachers are helpful and knowledgeable, and the intended learning outcomes are very clearly outlined from the very start. Accordingly, I enthusiastically recommend studying the PG distance learning courses through the UHI!

I love the city in general. The University's libraries are good. with proper facilities that I can use, such as discussion rooms, computers, printers, even 3D printer! Some buildings look so old but in positive ways, make them look classic and cultured. However, in my own experience, some classrooms are a little bit aged. i mean, like some chairs are feel old, they are sometimes kind of wobbly, and some of them do not have enough leg room. Main library can be crowded when exam days come, but I think that is something that can not be avoided. i think it is good to add some space for classrooms or some like study hubs.
