My university experience has been very positive overall. The teaching staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely supportive, which makes a big difference academically and personally. The course content is engaging and relevant, with a good balance between theory and practical application. I’ve also really valued the sense of community — there are plenty of societies, events, and opportunities to meet people from diverse backgrounds, making it a welcoming and inclusive place to study. The campus facilities and resources, particularly the library and online learning platforms, have been extremely helpful.

Dedicated staff throughout the compass from the lecturers to the catering and cleaning staff . Support is always available if needed. The course is good with a lot of support and relevance. Could improve on: extensions and extra time for disabled students.

The University offers state of the art facilities and faculty and striving hard to let the student have great experience of university life. I would request to collaborate with industries and help international student gain internships and part time work experience current career space is not that collaborative with industries or one on one with students effectively. Rest a great learning experience highly recommended.

It is situated in Cardiff; it offers easy access to a lively city with cultural attractions, beaches, and nightlife. The university excels in applied disciplines, including sports science, business, health sciences, and creative industries. State-of-the-art labs, studios, and libraries with extensive digital resources. Active student unions with over 100 clubs and societies, from sports teams to cultural groups, fostering leadership and networking. Connections worldwide with Vietnam, Rwanda and more places; however, it could increase partnerships.

One of the best parts of my university experience has been the supportive learning environment. The lecturers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in student success. The course content is well structured and relevant to real-world applications, which has helped me build practical skills alongside academic knowledge. Access to online learning resources and flexible study options has also made it easier to balance studies with other commitments. Overall, the university provides a diverse and inclusive community that makes it a great place to learn and grow. Some modules could benefit from quicker feedback on assignments, as timely feedback is important for improvement. Additionally, increasing opportunities for hands-on projects, industry engagement, and career guidance would further enhance the student experience.

Uni of Reading has a really nice campus with plenty of green space and is in a nice area of Reading that is a short walk to town, student housing is also right next to campus so easy to do for second and third year. Has a really nice library thats great for getting work done and Wednesday night union on campus is great. Accommodation on and off campus is very expensive however and in general student life is more expensive here that at other unis.

The SU and student life were probably the weakest parts of my university experience, but this is likely in part due to the small size of Aberystwyth. There were a range of societies but many stopped and restarted at various points. The campus has a great atmosphere and is just the right size!
