What students say about psychology-specialisations

My university experience had its highs and lows. The best part was the supportive academic environment, with passionate lecturers and plenty of resources like well-equipped libraries and study spaces. The vibrant campus life, with diverse clubs and events, made it a great place to meet people and grow personally. However, there were some downsides, like the high cost of living and occasional administrative delays, which could be frustrating. Improving affordability and streamlining student support services would make the experience even better overall.

when moving to Uni I was really nervous but it all grew on me. I really enjoy the quiet life and due to my course it allows me to get into a routine that I can love and appreciate. All my teacher definitely push to having a chill and creative environment, but also if I have any issues or problems I do feel comfortable expressing any concern. looking at where my dorm is location wise I love it because I'm close to all building that have my classes and close to all shops so I can get my daily shopping for a great price. The issues that I still struggle with since moving here is friends due to my course I normally spend a lot of time on my own drawing (not even necessarily to do with work for my course but simple because I enjoy it and want to get better),due to this and switching to this course on the first week of Uni I don't have many friends. I have tried to go to more social activities but to be honest I feel a little guilt because i tell myself there is work I could be doing instead. I still do have all intention to make friends in Uni and still push my self to events.

I really like how much money the uni has invested invested into the campus. It provides a very rich student experiences and it creates a professional university environment. The facilities are available and fully accessible for example lab equipment but their could be better quality lab equipment like the clmap and stands shodnt be wobbling at the hinges, and also the student gym needs to reopen bs I payed for a membership and I found out 3 weeks ago that it will be closed till the end of August. Waste of WLV wallet money. Student life is typical but there isn't many socialising events. Student support is decent but waiting queues wld be best if you hired more staff to reduce waiting time. The location is convenient (wolverhmapton central) but where I live it's almost 2 hours away. For student union, I haven't met any of them other than open day but I do see a lot of events and they seem to be very active. Ok hope this helped. Goodbye and thanks for reading.

My stay at Coventry University has been interesting and motivating. I am satisfied with the study environment, and the lecturers are highly qualified in their respective fields. The modules and assignments are clearly explained, which has helped me understand the topics better. Overall, I would encourage the lecturers to continue with their excellent teaching practices and to keep exploring ways to make learning even more engaging and effective.

One of the best parts of my university experience has been the supportive and engaging learning environment. The lecturers are approachable and genuinely passionate about their subjects, which makes studying much more enjoyable. The diversity of students also creates a vibrant community — I’ve met people from all over the world and learned so much from their perspectives. The campus facilities, such as the library and study spaces, are excellent and make it easy to focus and collaborate.

I find my university a great place to study because they have so much systems in place to help and support students through university life. So far I can’t find any fault because I have access to so much learning materials and support with wellbeing.
