The location, near the peak district, is just beautiful. Derby is such a well connected city, transport wise, making it easy to travel in from neighbouring towns. The size of the university plays to an advantage, which is close knit classes and groups. The lecturers are passionate and involved. The lectures are enjoyable and interactive. The sign in processes, library processes, online digital tools, etc. are convenient and easy to understand.

Loughborough itself is very boring but it has a brilliant community. It is near to Nottingham which has a better night life for that side, but Loughborough has a charm and lots of pubs... I would highly recommend Loughborough as a place to go to uni. The student union has significantly gotten worse since being here, it feels like it serves itself not the students. they have gotten rid of the art shop, a crucial service for creative students due to it not making enough money (surely that isn't the point in offering a service), they are also difficult to deal with for things relating to societies and clubs.

The campus at the University of Nottingham is a beautiful place to be able to complete my studies. It has a welcoming and homely feeling. Facilities such as the David Ross Sports Centre and both libraries make it easy for me to complete extra activities such as netball and going to the gym, along with great places to study. Improvements involving the student union could be made, as I found it difficult to find out information about this. However, I couldn’t fault any other aspect of the University.
