Too much reliance on technology I know this is standard but there should be a little more wiggle room for those who despise using laptops and other technology or struggle to use it as it kills work ethic

The support Brighton Uni has given me so much support with this course and made it very clear who to contact if any issues arise. I also know from friends how incredibly supportive and sympathetic the uni has been when they have experienced personal issues. This is my second Uni I have studied at, and Brighton is far better with the support it gives its students compared to the first one.

The student union is a lovely space which holds regular events, and there is lots of support for students available. There is a nice atmosphere on campus with lots of places to eat and study. A new green space has recently opened giving it a bit more of a campus feel despite being in the city centre and lots of the buildings are very modern. I love that it is close to shops and amenities with good nightlife yet also a short walk from the sea and the barbican which are lovely places to relax.bI really like that all courses are on the main campus, as opposed to other universities which have a separate campus for healthcare students which can cause you to feel a bit isolated and do not have access to the same facilities other students do. Having said that, whilst the healthcare facilities are adequate, other universities I did visit seemed to have slightly better facilities (more modern, better layout and equipment available). The uni has recently opened a healthcare building however I am in my 2nd year and have not yet been able to use it which is disappointing. The uni halls are very basic and I though expensive for what was offered, however there is a good range of private student accommodation available in plymouth for better quality at a lower price which I would recommend. On the whole, my experience so far has been very positive and I would reccomend this university.

Chichester is a safe city/town. It’s got a really nice atmosphere to it but not the best night life. The university could do with more communication between courses, especially those in joint routes.

The best part of studying at the University of Gloucestershire is the sense of community and support that exists across the campus. From approachable lecturers to the friendly student services team, I’ve always felt that there is someone ready to help, no matter how small the issue. The class sizes are manageable, which means we get more personalised attention and meaningful discussions instead of feeling lost in a huge crowd. The campus environment is also a huge plus green, calm, and safe making it a great place to focus on studies while still enjoying student life. The practical teaching style, industry-focused assessments, and opportunities for real-world learning truly make it a great place to develop both academically and professionally. The best part of studying at the University of Gloucestershire is the strong sense of community and genuine support that students receive. The lecturers are approachable, the class sizes allow for personalised learning, and the campus environment feels safe, friendly, and inspiring. The practical teaching style and industry-focused assessments really prepare us for real-world opportunities, which makes studying here feel meaningful and empowering. However, there are a few challenges that could be improved. One of the biggest is the frequent changes of classrooms. It can be distracting and sometimes quite stressful when rooms are switched frequently . Finding the new room especially across different buildings can break concentration and interrupt the flow of learning. Fewer room changes, would help students stay focused and organised. Another significant challenge is that Park Campus does not have its own library, which creates a real disadvantage for students based there. Travelling to other campuses for basic study needs or resources can be time-consuming and inconvenient, especially during busy deadlines. Having a dedicated library or at least expanded study spaces at Park would greatly improve the overall student experience. Despite these challenges, the University of Gloucestershire remains a welcoming place where students feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. With more stable classroom arrangements and better library access for Park Campus, it would become an even more exceptional place to study.

Can’t believe I’m already in my final year of Biomedical Sciences at UEL . Feels like yesterday I was sitting by the riverside at Docklands during my foundation year, watching planes take off from City Airport, it was my little peaceful escape. This course has been such a blessing – from incredible labs and supportive lecturers to the Career Zone and Mental Wealth modules that gave me so much confidence . Being a Student Ambassador made my uni journey extra special (hello public speaking skills ), and the Indian Society always brought the most colourful vibes.. And the location? Perfect. Canary Wharf, the O2, Westfield Stratford – all just a quick ride away. Honestly, UEL has been a mix of learning, growing, and making unforgettable memories .

I have not had any worse experience at UWE rather, it has been a fantastic journey so far since i started my MSC program in January. The environment is conducive for studying and there are up to date facilities to use. I believe there will be room for improvement in some places but i am not sure yet as i just started my program in January and still exploring but so far so good, it has been a fantastic journey and i look forward to many more memories at the Uni...

Honestly, CCCU is a pretty great place to study because it’s got this mix of chill vibes and real support. The campus feels friendly like, you actually see people you know every day, and the lecturers aren’t scary distant professors, they’re approachable and actually want you to do well. The location helps too being in Canterbury means you can go from a seminar straight to grabbing a coffee by the cathedral or hanging out by the river. It’s small enough to feel personal but big enough that there’s always something going on. If I had to say how it could be improved, I’d probably go for more social and study spaces somewhere between “library quiet” and “coffee shop noise,” you know? Maybe more late-night food options for when deadlines hit and everyone’s running on caffeine and panic. Also, more opportunities for students from different courses to collaborate would be cool like film students working with music or business students to create real projects. Overall, from my point of view CCCU feels like a community not perfect, but real. It’s the kind of place where you grow without even realising it.

What makes the university a great place to study is how nice the teachers are and willing to help students. How it could be improved is raising more awareness about opportunities that the university has especially for those who want to study in the University
