It’s a nice university in a nice area very convenient. There’s everything around. But can be improved by having more community because it lacks the aspects of like a community getting together having events just to talk not for like education or like stuff just like work you know like be friendly. Have fun. like how other universities of societies like this one society are limited like all universities of society for like everyone a culture and everything and just need something for the younger students to have that university life. Even though it’s a mature university. But it has so much Support and everything that you would need to study so that something is really great about it like there’s so many workshops but more fun things would be nice

If you are have a learning difficulty then go here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hi my name is Richard im 28, a former student rep for Westminster Kingsway College and i have just finished an access to adult education course, and well, it has been interesting to say the least. There has been a number of ups and downs but over all this is a good college. one or two issues though: The college is TOUGH !! REALLY TOUGH, especially on the A level and Btech students, if you want to study at the college there is no messing around, they operate on a ZERO TOLERANCE of nonsense. "this is not a social club this is an educational establishment"..............you may think im joking.... but they employ people known as student ambassadors (FUN POLICE , more like). if you don't want to learn then don't even bother applying, but if you do then you are in the right place. They have a gym, canteen and other facilitates, the gym is a bit small and the canteen, well don't expect a discount you would be better off eating at the mcds around the corner it alot cheaper. All negatives out the way, I would like to say that one of the college’s most notable features is the assisted learning support or (ALS), this department is comprised of around 25 staff members who contribute to one of the most progressive and comprehensive learning support departments in central London. "i say this because i have been in and out of ALS departments all my life and a swear these are the best" The department has a wide verity of qualified staff that can cater for an even wider range of issues. The learner support offered, can range from a hand in study skills for people who are re-entering education, to care and guidance for students with (ASD) and other learning disabilities. "i think that if i had this support the first

Best aspect: One positive aspect of university is the financial resources available to support students, such as scholarships, bursaries, grants, and access to part-time work on or near campus. These resources can reduce financial pressure and allow students to focus more on their studies. Universities also often provide access to subsidised facilities, learning resources, and student discounts, which can make higher education more affordable compared to managing these costs independently. Worst aspect / areas for improvement: Despite these resources, financial support is often limited, competitive, or not well advertised, leaving many students unaware of the help available to them. Living costs, accommodation fees, and international tuition fees continue to rise, which can cause significant financial stress. Universities could improve by expanding financial aid, offering clearer guidance on available funding, and providing more consistent support for students facing unexpected financial difficulties.

Overall ICMP definitely shaped me into the musician that I am, one of the biggest things I love about it is the community. I feel like you could be around such great musicians but community also needs to be a big part of that and I feel like I made friends for life and there are teachers that inspire me so much.

The location in central London not far from where the UKs decisions are made is amazing. The library has most of the resources I need and if you can’t find something the library staff will happily try and make it available. The thing where the uni lets us down the most is admin.
