The activities organised by the school for MBA students is impeccable. From industry seminars, to skills workshops and immersive group bonding events it’s truly been amazing. One area of improvement would be for the school to partner with institutions for secure placement opportunities for their students, especially international students so their learning experience is robust and seamless.

The support Brighton Uni has given me so much support with this course and made it very clear who to contact if any issues arise. I also know from friends how incredibly supportive and sympathetic the uni has been when they have experienced personal issues. This is my second Uni I have studied at, and Brighton is far better with the support it gives its students compared to the first one.

Southampton Solent University is an overall great place for students to study, offering excellent facilities, supportive staff, and a diverse learning environment. The university provides a practical approach to education, ensuring students gain real-world experience alongside their academic studies. However, student life could be enhanced by offering more social events, parties, and get-togethers. These activities would help students connect, build friendships, and create a stronger sense of community on campus. With a livelier student social scene, Solent University would become an even more enjoyable and well-rounded place to study.

Best aspects of my university experience The best part of my university experience has been the diversity of people and opportunities. I have met students from a wide range of cultural and academic backgrounds, which has made discussions more engaging and broadened my perspective. The university offers strong industry exposure through placements, guest lectures, and networking events, which helped me gain real-world experience and clarity about my career path. Many lecturers are supportive and approachable, especially when you show genuine interest, and the practical focus of modules helps bridge the gap between theory and industry. The central location is also a big advantage, with easy access to professional events, internships, and part-time work. Worst aspects and areas for improvement One of the more challenging aspects has been inconsistency across modules. Some are extremely well organised and engaging, while others lack clear structure, timely feedback, or up-to-date content. Administrative processes can also be slow or unclear at times, which can be frustrating when dealing with assessments, timetables, or support services. Communication between departments could be improved to ensure students receive consistent and accurate information. Improving feedback quality and ensuring all modules maintain the same high standard would significantly enhance the overall student experience.

What makes my uni a great place to study is their student support. They try to help their students in any way possible to ensure that students get the best out of their education. I think it would be better if the university put more effort into societies and clubs such as sporting clubs and teams . It would help the university to have more of a community and really showcase other talents other than what students already study on their courses. My university do have societies and some sporting teams, however some of the societies don’t run anymore and it’s not made to be as big as it was when I first heard about it before I joined uni. I think it’s important to have that feel of community and university culture and to also show the inclusiveness of different cultures, groups and activities in which people associate them selves with.

My favorite thing about Rave is how industry focused we are. Translating our work into the real world is discussed very often. We get talks from guests who have tons of insight and our tutors are also knowledgeable. In terms of improvement, Rave is lacking in the student life area. There are not many active societies and it can be difficult to meet people or create student lead events.

One of the best parts of studying at Roehampton University is the friendly and supportive environment. The lecturers explain topics clearly and are always willing to help when students have questions. The campus is peaceful, with good facilities like the library, study rooms, and social spaces, which makes it a comfortable place to learn. I also enjoy meeting classmates from different countries and backgrounds because it helps me learn new ideas and understand different cultures. The teaching style at Roehampton makes learning easier and more enjoyable. Seminars and group activities help me understand the lessons better, and the coursework is practical, helping me connect what I learn to real-life situations. I feel that the university encourages students to think independently and build confidence. Overall, I feel supported in my studies, and this has helped me grow both academically and personally. Even though my experience has been positive, there are some areas that could improve. Sometimes the workload feels heavy, especially when deadlines are close together. Communication about certain tasks or readings can be unclear at times. More career support, part-time job opportunities, and more flexible timetables would also make things easier for students. However, these challenges are common in most universities, and Roehampton still offers a good overall student experience.

Basically london met is full of diversity. People from different countries & culture are here. So it feels very nice! The improvement should be on income collection team, they are very unprofessional.
