Geography degrees in Manchester

University provides wide range of student study skill support as well as facility suc as library however due to amount of stufdents sometimes there is no space to use for self study. The food in the canteen has not much choice and the price is too expensive.

The lecturers are really approachable and want you to succeed. It feels really inclusive and diversity is appreciated. Being so close to Manchester there's lots going on and good transport links. The only real criticism I have is the use of online lectures, how ever much they try, they aren't as condusive to learning as in person lectures are especially if you have difficulties with concentration. I understand that universities are trying to find ways to cut costs but I feel that this detracts from the whole student experience both academically and socially.

The university takes a long time to respond to claims. Also feedback is given back sparsely and it takes a long time to get back which makes it difficult to improve for future assignments. The labs are very nice and it is good that we are learning multiple different techniques. The student life and feel is also very nice. And even though there is limited study space on campus especially during exam time, if you get to the library early enough you will find a seat somewhere.
