Great facilities and the staff are always so helpful whether that be with Uni work or personal issues. The student support thats built in for health issues is really great. The careers network could do with some improving in my opinion as it often feels like all they do is signpost you to other online resources rather than physically helping.

The university cares about their students. There are people constantly coming in to talk to the students about the work-life balance, how to handle stress, how to tackle assignments. Communication-wise, when I need certain documentation etc, it can be difficult to explain what I may need. So instead of just doing their job, they should try and help find a solution and make sure we get what we need, because it’s not as simple to get access to these documents. (And maybe give students iPads)
