What makes my uni a great place to study is their student support. They try to help their students in any way possible to ensure that students get the best out of their education. I think it would be better if the university put more effort into societies and clubs such as sporting clubs and teams . It would help the university to have more of a community and really showcase other talents other than what students already study on their courses. My university do have societies and some sporting teams, however some of the societies don’t run anymore and it’s not made to be as big as it was when I first heard about it before I joined uni. I think it’s important to have that feel of community and university culture and to also show the inclusiveness of different cultures, groups and activities in which people associate them selves with.

The best part of my university experience has been meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures, which improved my communication skills and confidence. I also enjoyed learning practical knowledge related to my course that will help me in my future career. Worst aspect: The most challenging part was managing time between assignments, exams, and part-time work. Sometimes it was stressful, but it helped me become more organised and responsible. If you want, I can also make it more professional or more personal for a specific form.

The university has supportive lecturers, good learning facilities, and a friendly environment. There are plenty of resources like libraries and online materials that help students succeed. It also offers a diverse community, which makes it easy to meet people from different backgrounds and feel included.

The best aspect of my university experience has been the community at Westminster and the confidence I have gained throughout my time here. The environment has encouraged me to become more independent, engage with different perspectives, and feel comfortable expressing my own ideas. The lecturers have been supportive and approachable, and I have particularly valued the opportunities to participate in discussions rather than simply learning from textbooks. Westminster’s central London location and diverse student community have also made the experience feel genuinely connected to the professional world. The worst aspect has probably been that, at times, balancing academic work with personal responsibilities could be challenging. I also think there could be more opportunities for students to build connections with employers and gain practical experience directly through the university. While there are careers events and opportunities available, expanding these further would help students feel even more prepared for life after graduation. Overall, Westminster has given me much more than an academic qualification. It has helped me become more confident, independent and ambitious, which is what I value most about my university experience.
