From the moment I started this degree, I was enveloped in a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.The faculty members are not only accomplished professionals in the field but also passionate mentors dedicated to nurturing each student's unique talents. Their guidance, coupled with state-of-the-art facilities and resources, provided the perfect environment for exploration and growth.One of the program's greatest strengths is its emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration. Working alongside students from various backgrounds allowed me to gain new perspectives and develop a holistic approach to design. Whether it was conceptualizing sustainable spaces or integrating cutting-edge technology, every project pushed the boundaries of creativity while instilling a sense of responsibility towards the environment and society.Moreover, the program's industry connections are unparalleled. Through guest lectures, workshops, and industry placements, I had the opportunity to learn from and network with leading professionals, gaining invaluable insights into the real-world applications of interior design.The culmination of my journey will be the master thesis, where I hope to have the freedom to explore my passions and create a worthy reasearch. The University of Brighton is a great place to study; in the heart of the city, you're only ever a stones throw away from the beach or the iconic Lanes. All the staff are incredibly supportive and there's little doubt they want you to achieve your full potential. The only downside of my time at the University of Brighton was that much of my time was marred by strikes. Whilst I 100% back and support all striking workers, it was clear that University management had very little care for staff and students. Especially if you're a humanities subject.

The support the uni gives to students academically and outside is really good they are always happy to help and also with chi being a smaller uni it’s more personal so lecturers get to know you more as a person than a number. The only negative I would say don’t go to chi is if all you want is night life and there are no clubs but other than that chi is great
