I think Salford’s a great place to study because it’s really focused on helping students prepare for real jobs. The uni has strong links with different industries, so you’re not just learning theory, you actually get to see how it applies in the real world. The campus has some really good facilities too, especially the SEE Building and MediaCity — they give you a sense of working in a professional environment. And the people here are friendly. The lecturers are easy to talk to and actually care about how you’re doing.

What I like about the uni is that they are very supportive specially that I am an international student, they are very helpful and understanding.. I don’t feel that I am from somewhere else when I am at the uni and I feel that I belong to it and I like my course. There are many activities, Moreover whenever I suggest something to be improved or changed they always listen.

Like the lecturers and the city Dislike that we have a whole year with all of biosciences - wish there was one lesson a week where we learn more abt microbiology (make it optional to still have the option to move courses)
