The careers team is amazing at posting job listings. They are so proactive in getting you the right support and I love that about them. And I think the structure of some teaching material could be improved with bringing the right balance of AI into studies

I find my university a great place to study because they have so much systems in place to help and support students through university life. So far I can’t find any fault because I have access to so much learning materials and support with wellbeing.

I find the location, community and campus feel very peaceful and relaxing, and the education provided is good quality and varied. There could be more support for students who struggle to fit in with the student body, e.g., more help and encouragement to join societies or opportunities to socialise with peers.

Studying at Northumbria University has been a good experience overall. The campus is modern, with great facilities like the library and study spaces. Most lecturers are helpful and supportive, and the courses feel practical and career-focused. The university also provides useful career support and opportunities for placements. The student environment is friendly, and Newcastle is an affordable and welcoming city for students. However, feedback on assignments can sometimes be slow, and study spaces can get busy during peak times. Overall, it’s a great place to study with a good balance of academics and student life.

Uni of Reading has a really nice campus with plenty of green space and is in a nice area of Reading that is a short walk to town, student housing is also right next to campus so easy to do for second and third year. Has a really nice library thats great for getting work done and Wednesday night union on campus is great. Accommodation on and off campus is very expensive however and in general student life is more expensive here that at other unis.

The people I have met here are so amazing, I feel very safe and comfortable. Testament support are always finding new ways to improve and are continuously raising awareness on what they have on offer and how they are abkd to support every individual

Best aspect: amazing facilities, highly professional tutors and staffs, everyone seems to have good heads on their shoulders. High teaching standard and it's nice meeting people from other cultural settlements. Worst aspect: more of a recommendation, extracurricular activities to establish a better inculcation, especially for foreign students. For instance, city tour for foreign students, debates, sports etc, this will facilitate better friendship between students

Commuting meant I saved money on accommodation and could balance uni with life at home. The campus facilities and supportive lecturers made the travel worthwhile. Worst aspects: Travel could be tiring, and I sometimes missed out on late-night events or spontaneous social activities. Suggestions for improvement: More flexible timetabling and better commuter-friendly spaces (like common rooms or lockers) would make the experience even better.

It’s a great place to study because it’s quiet, comfortable, and offers resources that encourage focus and productivity. Can improved by one-to-one support tailored to students’ needs and course-related difficulties.
