Best experiences are working within the kitchens amongst other culinary driven peers. The student support is good too. Things that could be better are the resources provided for culinary students as it seems to be a reoccurring issue where the isn’t enough produce to make a dish and this can be understandable at times however in order to work to the best possible ability we need the best resources and quantity too.

Studying at Birmingham City University in the Curzon building is great because of the modern facilities, comfortable study spaces, and central location, which makes everything convenient. It could be improved by adding more quiet study areas during busy times and better communication about timetable updates.

I think University of Staffordshire is a really great place to study. The modules are useful and relevant for future careers, and the lecturers are knowledgeable and supportive. The university is flexible, which is helpful if you have a job alongside your studies. The campus is easy to get to, with plenty of parking available at reasonable prices. There’s also lots of support with writing CVs and finding placements, plus Careers Fairs to help students connect with employers. Student life is enjoyable too, with many events, on-campus shops, and venues.
