I’m really enjoying my time at NTU! The academic environment is fantastic—lecturers are passionate about their subjects, and the courses are engaging and well-structured. There’s plenty of support available, whether it’s academic help, career advice, or mental health services. The social side is also a huge plus! There are so many societies, sports teams, and events that make it easy to meet new people and get involved. The campus itself is a great place to study, with modern facilities, good libraries, and plenty of study spaces.

Canterbury Christ Church University is a genuinely supportive and caring environment that prioritises not only academic success but also student wellbeing. The staff are approachable and always willing to help, and there are plenty of services available for health, wellbeing, and academic support. The sense of community is strong — you never feel like just a number. The university’s focus on employability is another major strength, and it’s reflected in its impressive record of being rated first in graduate employment. The campus is welcoming and inclusive, and the facilities create a great atmosphere for learning and personal growth. Although the university offers great support, it could continue to improve by expanding study spaces and updating some facilities to keep up with growing student numbers.

The community feel at the university of York is wonderful. The campus is always buzzing with students and has so many nice areas outside to sit and chat or decompress between lectures. Sitting by the lake and watching the swans and ducks is one of my favourite places to eat lunch with friends. Overall, I've had a great experience with interesting lecturers and supportive supervisors for lab projects, and would recommend York to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-rounded and high quality education experience at University! Improvements could be made in the delivery of information between management and students, especially regarding the future of departments to ensure all students feel represented, respected and informed about the next stages of their teaching.

The support Brighton Uni has given me so much support with this course and made it very clear who to contact if any issues arise. I also know from friends how incredibly supportive and sympathetic the uni has been when they have experienced personal issues. This is my second Uni I have studied at, and Brighton is far better with the support it gives its students compared to the first one.

Situated in the picturesque surroundings of Cheltenham and Gloucester, students have the opportunity to explore the beautiful Cotswolds, attend world-famous festivals, and enjoy diverse shopping and dining experiences. The area offers a rich mix of music, sports, and entertainment venues, contributing to a vibrant student life. The Francis Close Hall and Oxstalls campus libraries provide 24/7 access to extensive collections, IT resources, wireless printing, and photocopying services. Across the university, students have access to over 500 computers, free Wi-Fi, and loanable laptops. Media equipment, including camcorders and dictaphones, is also available, with digital editing software installed on all library PCs. The university boasts a variety of specialist facilities tailored to different disciplines. For instance, the Oxstalls campus houses the Business School and Growth Hub, featuring a live trading room, innovative teaching spaces, and a moot court room. Additionally, the campus offers an international-standard sports arena, 3G pitches, and a cricket pavilion and pitch. The University of Gloucestershire fosters a diverse student community where individuals from various backgrounds learn together while embracing university life. The Chapel at Francis Close Hall offers a tranquil space for reflection, providing mental and emotional support for students seeking peace amidst their academic journey. This inclusive environment enhances student well-being, encouraging a sense of belonging and personal growth. A potential area for improvement would be the provision of short-term university accommodation for students in need, particularly at the postgraduate level. Given the unique challenges faced by these students—such as research commitments, placements, or unforeseen personal circumstances—offering flexible housing options would greatly enhance their academic experience and overall well-being. This initiative would reflect the university's commitment to student support, ensuring that all scholars have access to a stable and conducive living environment during critical phases of their studies.

My university experience had its highs and lows. The best part was the supportive academic environment, with passionate lecturers and plenty of resources like well-equipped libraries and study spaces. The vibrant campus life, with diverse clubs and events, made it a great place to meet people and grow personally. However, there were some downsides, like the high cost of living and occasional administrative delays, which could be frustrating. Improving affordability and streamlining student support services would make the experience even better overall.

Support Services are amazing. They go out of their way to support my peers and me. They are a credit to the university. - Lecturers are very supportive, especially with assignments University halls are in desperate need of refurbishing. Harry Law, Bateson and Rees are the main offenders. Generally, the university's estates need investment.

I've loved studying at the University of Plymouth so far! Staff are really friendly and have always been really happy to help. The SU is great for relaxing between lectures during the day as well as for clubbing on a Saturday night. I'm also really enjoying my course and Plymouth is in a great location to try out fieldwork in different habitats.

The university often hold different types of activities for students to participate, which allows students to get together and meet more new friends. Also, it is convenient to have a Costcutter on campus and a LIdl within a 10 min walking distance. Meanwhile if student needs help and went to the student hub, it often take a long time for queuing up to seek help.

The university of derby has lots to offer from great facilities like a gym and strength and conditioning center climbing walls. The location of the university is just outside of Derby city center and each campus is not far from each other, with a free uni bus which can take u round the city to other campuses. All of university of derby buildings look quality designed properly to make them stand out. For a quaint city derby still has great night life, if u want to go out on Wednesday a rammed night out at popworld will definitely be what ur looking for. As well as weekends derby offers some great bars, clubs and a lot of pubs if ur just looking for a catchup over a pint. The city will grow on u over time, take if from me as someone the came from Nottingham where the night life is one of the best in the country, derby impressed me. A good night is not about where u go it’s about who you are with.
