Best experience has to be Keele hall it’s beautiful in all seasons to go to especially in summer there’s no other uni that can offer that For nursing the teaching facilities are great theirs no other facilities you would need to study The student union are always their with support so you will never feel on your own Worst probably the night life just wish their was less nights out but better produced maybe that would attract more people Also I have seen the graduations that take place in January and their not as well produced as the summer ones which is a shame makes us feel a little bit under appreciated

There are excellent lecturers and student support services (particularly academic skills). The campus has a good feel and has a lot of outdoor seating which will be nice when the weather is warm. Lecture rooms are good but the seats are very uncomfortable. There is little impact from the students' union, for example there was no 'refreshers fayre' for January intake students, which also impacts the student life score.

We have our good days and our bad days. It's a love-hate relationship, as I think with most universities. But overall I appreciate their efforts to always try to improve things that students complain about. When you ask for help, most of the time there is at least one person there that is going to do their absolute best to try and help you.

The Uni of Leeds is a really amazing place to study!! Because it is such a large university it's perfect for making lots of friends, which societies really help with. Alternatively, it forces you to be more social because there are so many dfferent kindsds of peore within one institution. You gain social skills and develop your own interests due to the parts of this university experience that are relatively unique compared to UK, and even overseas universities; there are loads of societies, both big and small, with sober events and also for niche interests. Additionally, the year abroad programme offers a year rather than a semester abroad (like most universities) which is way more suited to actual cultural integration, settling in and making lifelong friends. You get the amazing opportunity of living and studying somewhere for a considerable amount of time. The university could be improved by improving mental health services - when I tried to find counseling the only recommendation I got was to seek private therapy - which most people are not in a financial position to do, and was also besides the point of me seeking therapy included in the large sum I am paying for university. I still believe that universities rely too much on self care measures for student mental health management - when university really can be a hard time and it is one of the biggest challenges a young person will face in life, to adjust to a new environment like this. In person mental health support is still the most effective aid and there is not enough of this available.

It’s a very cozy campus which makes studying in it feel comforting. There’s a nice vibe to the campus. Only downside is the lack of space around campus in the library and students union, making it difficult to find a seat.

The sports facilities are excellent and affordable and the union is a great place to hang out between classes and get a coffee (though more selection of coffee places would be great!) The library however isn’t a very welcoming place to study. The bright lights and white walls are so sterile and stress inducing. Even the supposedly cosy reading nook is useless because it’s so bright there!

The University of Bath has been an incredible experience for me as a student in the School of Management. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, with induction programs and friendly staff helping me settle in. The campus, surrounded by stunning Georgian architecture and green hills, makes studying here a joy. The academic side is everything I hoped for and more. The lecturers are passionate and bring real-world insights into the classroom, often drawn from their own professional experiences. The courses are practical, with plenty of opportunities to apply theories to real-world problems, like live projects for local businesses. What makes Bath stand out is its community. The diversity among students has given me new perspectives, and group projects have taught me valuable teamwork and leadership skills. Outside the classroom, there are endless ways to get involved, from societies like the Management Society to volunteering initiatives. Career support is exceptional, with workshops, placement opportunities, and networking events that connect us to top companies like Deloitte and PwC. The emphasis on employability is real, and I feel more prepared than ever to take on the professional world. Life here isn’t just about studying. The campus is beautiful, and the city is full of charm, with plenty of cafes, historic spots, and events like the magical Christmas Market. Bath has given me so much more than an education—it’s given me friendships, personal growth, and a sense of belonging.

Good elements Location and aesthetic - it's a beautiful campus, and, if you like sports, it's great. Some module lecturers are very supportive, knowledgeable and clear communicators Some good students in cohort who are keen to learn and develop Less-Good Some of the timetabling is poorly planned: Mondays, for example, 0900-1100 then a long break until 1700-1800. Remote access is not available for practical labs - I live around 60 miles from campus and the drive in can be a little tricky

Best - got great looking infrastructures and large studying spaces such as Oculus and the library; school grocery shop is in the centre of school which makes everything a lot more easier, Tesco is also not so far away. Worst - no student canteen, the library cafe is way too expensive; restaurants around the campus are not cheap as well. Rootes grocery shop are very overpriced and the fruits and veggies they sell are not updated on a frequent basis.
