The lecturers are lovely and the course material is good. I think the study could be somewhat more guided, though that may just be the reality of university. I think neurodiverse students, such as myself, would benefit greatly from more explcit and personal guidance

The best part of my university experience has been the learning environment and independence. I’ve had access to good facilities, knowledgeable tutors, and projects that push me to think critically and work in a more professional way, especially through practical and design-based assignments. University has also helped me develop discipline, self-management, and confidence in my own ideas. Being surrounded by people from different backgrounds has broadened how I think, both academically and personally.

I absolutely love studying here. The staff are incredibly supportive and bring real industry experience into their teaching, which makes the training feel relevant and professional. The small class sizes mean you get personalised support and guidance, helping you build confidence and improve your skills. The facilities are fantastic, especially having a fully working professional theatre on campus, which gives students amazing hands-on experience in a real performance environment. Overall, it’s a welcoming and inspiring place to study.

honestly the classes are amazing, very clear why we are learning the topic and for what outcome. i enjoy my studies very much. i think the applications for students can be improved, the fact we cannot print by ourselves is bit ridiculous as we are literally a film school and the info hub only prints till 5pm when classes are till 7pm
