What students say about caring-skills

I find the amount of support from academic to international and student representative support so immense and it made coping and adjusting to the new environment very easy. The uniskills and library services here is top notch and staff here are very helpful and give guidance when needed. One thing that can be improved is creating more part time job opportunities for students especially international students.

What students say about caring-skills

Best - The food is Very good, The behaviour of Staff is decent, The students are sometimes a pain in the backside but most of them are nice, the outside area is pretty good, the location could be a little bit better but it's good, the courses in college are also good, I would personally say that Blackburn College is a good college to go to, however It has some disadvantages such as the way and the behaviour of some staff towards students and students behavior towards staff. Another disadvantage Could be the wait for your food as there is too many students trying to get a drink / food (I would recommend that 1st years, 2nd years and etc get a different break as this would decrease the wait time) the Atmosphere of college is good, The health and Safety in Blackburn is also good but it could improve a little bit by the security of the gates for students and staff since some people (that don't have a lanyard) they may enter the college area whilst be able to have full access to the area that is off limits to people that aren't students / staff I would recommend that, some students can make their own group (no bad ones, just kind ones) as maybe this option may let students to be more creative and to have a chance for becoming a powerful person.
