Business Studies degrees in East Midlands

I have overall enjoyed my experience at this university. I have made some close friends on my course that I enjoy studying with as well as doing things outside of university. They also have an amazing range of societies with a society for just about anything you can imagine. It would be difficult to not find at least one society you would enjoy being a part of. Doing a subject like law, I think it is important to have things to do outside of academics. However, one thing that I think could be improved is one or two seminar leaders are not super helpful when it comes to explaining how the exams work or what the examiners will be looking for. Yes, they teach us the content, but that is not always good enough.

Limited amount of shops in Lincoln, which makes it get a bit stale quick, but is still a lovely city with plenty of things to do. Another downside is the fact it is in the middle of nowhere, you have to get trains or coaches if you want to go anywhere else. However, it does have everything you need as a student, with a good night out as well

The University Experience was Good for me when I compare to own Country (India) Whereas the Students and Faculties in the University are well Mannered and Giving respect to each other and the Teaching is also good . The University is conducting many Events for the International students to get a Cultural connection with other peoples and this helps a Lot to get to know about the various cultures around the World

Good university with supportive lecturers and a friendly learning environment. The facilities are decent, and there are opportunities for extracurricular activities. Overall, a good place for students who want to focus on their studies.

The worse aspects is to do with the cost. The food and drinks on campus are so expensive, for example a meal deal is between £6-7 so most of us go to co op to get a meal deal for £4 which is usually better quality. As well as this, this uni pushes supporting mental well being but the gym isn’t free for students when it used to be in previous years. It’s a lovely uni that does promote the student but in the same respect isn’t student friendly.

The best part of my uni experience has definitely been the people. I’ve made such amazing friends here, and they’ve truly made my time at university so special. There’s such a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve always felt encouraged both academically and personally, and it really feels like everyone wants each other to succeed. It’s an awesome place to study because of that strong sense of community and support. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would maybe be clearer communication during busy periods. Overall though, my experience has been incredibly positive and I feel very grateful for the friendships and support I’ve gained.

The facilities are awesome, particularly if you love getting involved in sport. The worst thing I’ve had to deal with is the room booking system for societies is occasionally frustrating, though they are in the midst of reworking it now. Very good, can highly recommend coming here.

I gained an MSc. with Arden University. The below first statement assume to be the worst experience, but it is also blessing in disguise. There is a saying that ''All work no play makes jack a dull boy'' The university does not have it's own garden or field, but there are numerous accessible fields, parks, garden, museums around including the prestigious Tower of London Royal Palace. Historic royal palaces, with great pictures and artifacts to behold. London Bridge and many more, just across the Tower Hill Campus. Same as other Arden University Campuses. Though they specifically choose best location for their campuses. Best Uni experience. The University learning model is excellent. self pace learning support, the Virtual Learning Environment VLE is pact with great both personal and customer support, easy to access and progress. The submission process, the assignments and exams support are straightforward when you get to understand how to navigate around the VLE. You just want to learn and gain more knowledge with Arden University.
