I am currently studying MSc Data Science at London South Bank University, and my experience has been really positive. The professors are excellent, very knowledgeable, and always ready to help students whenever needed. The university is truly student friendly and understands the challenges we face. They always try their best to provide the right support and guidance. The placement opportunities here are also excellent, with a strong focus on helping students build their careers. Overall, LSBU is a great place to study, learn, and grow.

Southampton Solent University is an overall great place for students to study, offering excellent facilities, supportive staff, and a diverse learning environment. The university provides a practical approach to education, ensuring students gain real-world experience alongside their academic studies. However, student life could be enhanced by offering more social events, parties, and get-togethers. These activities would help students connect, build friendships, and create a stronger sense of community on campus. With a livelier student social scene, Solent University would become an even more enjoyable and well-rounded place to study.

The University of Gloucestershire offers a comprehensive range of facilities and a vibrant student life across its three campuses: The Park and Francis Close Hall in Cheltenham, and Oxstalls in Gloucester. Situated in the picturesque surroundings of Cheltenham and Gloucester, students have the opportunity to explore the beautiful Cotswolds, attend world-famous festivals, and enjoy diverse shopping and dining experiences. The area offers a rich mix of music, sports, and entertainment venues, contributing to a vibrant student life. The Francis Close Hall and Oxstalls campus libraries provide 24/7 access to extensive collections, IT resources, wireless printing, and photocopying services. Across the university, students have access to over 500 computers, free Wi-Fi, and loanable laptops. Media equipment, including camcorders and dictaphones, is also available, with digital editing software installed on all library PCs. The university boasts a variety of specialist facilities tailored to different disciplines. For instance, the Oxstalls campus houses the Business School and Growth Hub, featuring a live trading room, innovative teaching spaces, and a moot court room. I currently study at the Headingley campus which is a beautiful place to study, with a mixture of traditional and modern architecture, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are amazing and equipment is fully updated which allows me and others to get the best out of the course and to put knowledge learnt to practice in practical sessions. As part of my nutrition course so far, I would say my favourite part was cooking in the kitchen and understanding what we need to eat to be able to perform to our full potential. Another great experience so far is the seminar bonding sessions. Starting University, I did not know any people on my course, however team bonding activities were available to get to know lecturers and students in the same course with similar interests. The workload is greatly managed with lectures being released weekly and small and achievable tasks are set session to keep me on track throughout each semester. I also take part in the social sport. The facilities are really good for the football membership and I have open access to the gym, swimming and many more. The coaches are highly qualified and make sessions worth while. The only thing I would improve is the cost as it is quite expensive and doesn’t include training kit or accessories. Overall I would highly recommend Leeds beckett University.

I have not had any worse experience at UWE rather, it has been a fantastic journey so far since i started my MSC program in January. The environment is conducive for studying and there are up to date facilities to use. I believe there will be room for improvement in some places but i am not sure yet as i just started my program in January and still exploring but so far so good, it has been a fantastic journey and i look forward to many more memories at the Uni...

Canterbury Christ Church University is a genuinely supportive and caring environment that prioritises not only academic success but also student wellbeing. The staff are approachable and always willing to help, and there are plenty of services available for health, wellbeing, and academic support. The sense of community is strong — you never feel like just a number. The university’s focus on employability is another major strength, and it’s reflected in its impressive record of being rated first in graduate employment. The campus is welcoming and inclusive, and the facilities create a great atmosphere for learning and personal growth. Although the university offers great support, it could continue to improve by expanding study spaces and updating some facilities to keep up with growing student numbers.

Lovely countryside quiet environment. Each subject has its own part on campus which makes it easy to find. Bus fares could be improved as I am a university student living at home and it costs me £30 a week to commute as I also need to catch a public bus.
