It's going really well other than flatmate problems. The university is really inviting and it's not hard to find a group that you fit in with as most people are all on an equal playing field compared to some universities.

We vote on most of the stuff ourself so we can have full control over what we deem fit. This includes voting people in from different representations and backgrounds to represent us through the union.

Yes. 5-minute walk to most classes from uni accommodation, 10-minute walk into the city centre and about a 8-10 minute walk to various food shops depending on where you prefer. There are also nightclubs and pubs within easy walking distance if you like.

There are tonnes suitable for everyones taste and responsibilities

They either drag the modules out really long where we find it hard to fit stuff in or they do it all too fast youre struggling to keep up. However the staff are friendly enough to help you when you are struggling in either office hours or over email.

There is a career advice centre, as well as a careers/studies adviser. In the second year we have the option of taking a module to do with work experience where we make get the chance to do an internship.

I think Dundee university is a good place to study. They try to support their students. The individual schools could do more to support students however, and they could be more organised.

I think the course could be improved. The organisation is lacking at times and timetables change almost daily. The placements could be more varied and ensuring students get more variety is important for learning.
