Plymouth college of art is such a fantastic and supportive atmosphere, from the students, to all of the staff here. I feel accepted and appreciated and motivated to develop my practice. You can get involved with other students and the students union which is really exciting. Lectures, crits and tutorials with staff are really interesting and very helpful to help you develop as a person and within your practice. Also all of the workshop staff are very welcoming and always happy to give you advice and teach you new skills which you can take away with you for life! You also get the opportunity to sign up to workshop Wednesdays across and media which is such a great experience to be given. Also the library and the extensive collection and help you recieve within the library is amazing. The college also have lots of help in place for things such as anxiety and much much more which I think is such a lovely and supportive help to have in place. There is also all of the students who are all really interesting to speak with and learn from each other across your own medium and others! There is so much more that could be said about the college as there are so many lovely things to be said, overall such a fantastic place to develop yourself and your practice!

The Ceramics course is such a supportive and well equipped learning environment! The workshop staff are very helpful and welcoming and are always happy to share their knowledge and help you grow as a ceramic practitioner. I have learnt so much already that I will be taking forward with me for life within my practice.
