Lancaster Uni feels like home to me. Its campus-based location (meaning that its campus is in one district and not mixed with town - its usually a 5 min walk max from my on campus accom to most areas in LU) and culturally diverse environment is one of the many reasons I enjoyed my time here. In addition, the lecturers and academic reps as well as department officials were very kind to assist me with my problems. I frequently conduct appointments with lecturers to discuss my confusion which they have responded wholeheartedly. Its great facilities and various cuisine options (asian, indian, western, etc.) on campus option is a great addition to the campus’ plus points. Everything and everyone was just perfect in Lancaster Uni, I highly recommend!

The lecturers were hands on the greatest people I have met. They would always provide me further clarity for my confusion and would always deliver materials the best way for us to understand. My courses are heavy on finance and accounting but I took some courses from Management Science and they were very kind in directing me when I get confused in workshops (usually doing statistics etc). Its also UK’s top 10 Uni’s so of course it has great academic reputation and facility.

Furness, especially Brantwood and nearby, has been a home to me for so long. It has great access to nearby on-campus restaurant and cafes, local supermarket (oriental & spar), campus buildings (most schools such as management, engineering, medical, law, etc.). It has great value for money, its clean, we have big windows in kitchen so its always fresh around, kitchens are well equipped with every necessary facilities (most of them are very new and up to date). Accomodation cleaner lady is also very kind and helpful!
