The best experience I have received from the Goldsmiths university is the support from the lecturers and how they love to help you. They guide you to improve the area that you need to improve and they embrace the strong points that you have. The worst aspect of the university is administration. They take forever to come back to you when you need something

The best aspect is the topic contents and how carefully everything is explained. The course helps you to be fully equipped to start working in the UK. The worst aspect of the course is that some international students will not be BPS accredited after finishing the course

Goldsmiths is a very liberal university, the student vibe and the lecturers make this place a wonderful place to learn, socialise and interact with one another. There is a good balance of ethnic minority and international students alongside home students. The facilities are great, with a well stocked library. My personal favourite building is the Professor Stuart Hall Building, you have a nice view of the college green and the Richard Hoggard Building. Unfortunately due to the strikes (which is not limited to Goldsmiths University) the experience has been inadequate, but tutors will do their best to ensure we receive as much help as possible before and after strikes take place. It would have been nice to receive a fair refund to tuition fees due to strikes as payments were in their hundreds (£££) whereas other UOL institutions have offered their students thousands per student (££££).

With the education building, a well stocked education section in the library and a holistic approach from our tutors, the experience with the Education, Culture and Society BA has been exceptional so far. At times the odd tutor may read lectures out from the PowerPoint but with is balanced with their own professional advice, knowledge and practices which are shared with the class depending on the module and content. Tutor time is available on a termly basis and although some tutors do reach out to students it is also down to the student to be proactive and take up the appointments. Some people in my cohort have barely had any contact with their tutors but do not reach out to them which makes things difficult.
