I did a level psychology at my local college and really struggled with the coursework due to the lack of support, but so far I have gotten good grades throughout each module and that is because of the resources, support and quality of lessons Arden University has!

Very. The online resources and support are amazing. The tutors have unlimited time for you to answer any questions whether its a 2 minute conversation or 30 minutes, they are there.

Very good support. I had struggles in my personal life last year and I can't appreciate the support Arden Uni have given me enough! They understood my circumstances and gave the right amount of support and follow ups to help me personally and educationally.

Most: I can complete the lessons and modules at my own speed at any time. The lessons are very informative but drawn out. Least: I do miss being inside a classroom where I have set structures for each lesson and a powerpoint from the lecturer, where there is more routine.

I get regular updates on various work placement skills and ideas, but I haven't spoken to them about placements specifically yet due to my work commitments outside of university.

I love studying with Arden. It's at my own pace, in my own time, and fully accessible no matter the time of day. I was nervous returning to education as a mature student, but have to whole heartedly say that the experience has been superb, and feel a valid and welcome student treated with full support, and encouragement to make the best of myself. The tutors and support teams are excellent. I really can't knock anything!

Every option is covered. I have had support following a diagnosiswith epilespsy and found out more about my condition and possible impacts from the SEN team. The speed of response from all departments is superb, whether student support, IT, Libraries support, Tutors, other student groups, and there is such a focus on well being and platforms to ensure the right support is literally at your fingertipe.

On-line modules, seminars, recorded sessions, adobe sessions, study skills modules, learning tutorials, zoom meetings, all media really plus have access to a wide range of support and access to platforms for study materials. Every option is catered for. I think it's fabulous!
