The best part of studying at Hartpury is the happy environment that you get when on campus. The improvements could be more interactive lessons.

The lecturers are really helpful and fun to learn with but there could be more practicals.

Hartpury has been such an amazing experience so far with me making so many cool and fun friends. I have enjoyed every second of it. I think improvements with regards to well being and sports facilities do need to be made as well as a reduction in accommodation prices. However, I do not believe that the education that I have recieved has been worth the money at all as some of the lecturers seem inexperienced as well as not being up to date with technology which I would have thought would have been taught to them over a year ago at the start of COVID.

The sports facilities are good but I think there could be certain improvements. Eg. A gym with more variety as well as a hockey pitch. The accommodation is definitely overpriced but overall I have enjoyed living here.

At first I thought that the university’s wellbeing section was very good. Over the past 5 months we have had over 5 known cases of potential suicides and the uni seem not to help with this at all. However issues such as racism have been dealt very well with on-site! Especially within the sporting community. I wish the same could be said with sexism.

My course this year has mainly been taught online. This has obviously came with a lot of issues with regards to be able to fully expose myself to educational life as I find working on a laptop very demotivating, Hartpury has definitely gotten better with this. I also have practical lessons as well which have been very interesting and knowledge full.

Hartpury has already offered me amazing experiences with me being able to work as a sheperdess alongside my degree. This has improved my knowledge which overall will improve my course results.
