The teaching staff respect students' opinions and are very supportive and inclusive and are also great teachers. The university is a state of art all areas are very clean and beautiful decor with vibrant colours and the library is not boring its like an art exhibition. There is beautiful seating areas for all students of all age groups I see the young students socialising and enjoying the facilities on ground floor in the Harrison library and that's not all. There are even greater facilities for older mature students, who prefer quieter study areas and they are well supervised by staff as soon as some students break rules in quieter areas a member of staff will appear instantly to restore order that instils confidence and encourages everyone to remain respectful. There are various seating areas with computers and food facilities for those who prefer to work outside the library and it is a very flexible university. The teaching staff, academic skills department and library staff work well together seamlessly to support the students' learning. The opening hours are great most times the library opens 24 hours a day. I feel very safe at the university and multicultural and they recognise unique contributions from international students. I judge a place by its toilets and at this university the toilets are always spotless. If you don't want food from the university cafes or restaurants there are many other take away facilities just 1-2 minutes walk . There is an onsite gym that caters for students and the neighbourhood. Information is easily accessible taking away the stress of being new to university. For me this university is a winner, it's top notch university

In class teaching is excellent we have presession work and post session to enhance our learning. Assignments learning outcomes are emphasised thoroughly so no-one is easily left behind. There are opportunities of formative assessments to help us work towards the summative. Our lecturers are prompt we had a chance to meet with personal teacher, module leaders and course leaders. We received assistance with most aspects sorting out placements and uniforms ordering so we are ready for placements and takes away anxiety feelings from students. The teachers are very considerate and respectful to students in their communication. The teachers are very knowledgeable in the content they teach which is very exciting during learning.

The best thing about university is the student support. All the lectures and staff support students with additional needs and are always willing to help students. The university buildings are good in quality however the facilities for example toilets are not good; toilets don’t flush, taps don’t run water very well (either get soaked or can’t wash hands) and soap / towels are not readily available.

The way the course is run is good and lectures are informative and insightful. Only one problem it is sometimes difficult to contact lecturers during holiday periods and placement times.
