Best Aspects: One of the best parts of my uni experience has been the community. There’s a real mix of people from different backgrounds, which makes it easier to fit in and feel comfortable. When the lecturers are passionate, you can really feel it — those classes are engaging, helpful, and make you actually enjoy the subject. I’ve also appreciated having access to the key facilities I need, like study spaces and equipment for my course. Worst Aspects: Some parts of the uni could definitely be improved. A few modules feel weaker than others, and the teaching can be inconsistent depending on who’s delivering it. The campus can also feel overcrowded during busy periods, especially in the library and study areas. Some facilities could do with an update, as certain spaces feel a bit outdated compared to what students now expect.

The thing I like most about the halls is the convenience. Being close to campus makes it so much easier to get to lectures, and it saves a lot of time and stress. The rooms are a decent size for student accommodation, and having everything included in the rent — like bills and Wi-Fi — makes budgeting a lot simpler. The social side is also a big plus; it’s easy to meet people and feel part of a community when everyone’s living close together. What I Like Least: What I like least is the value for money. For the price, the halls could definitely be better. Some of the amenities feel a bit worn out, and things like communal areas or kitchens can get messy quickly depending on who you’re sharing with. Noise can also be an issue at times, especially during peak social hours when you’re trying to focus or sleep.

Great workshops but when it comes to funding the access isn’t the best.

we have in person lectures twice a week and online classes on wednesday which has been recently introduced. gives us enough time to work and earn money nice balance.
