I think the worst aspects is that there's not enough done for neurodivergent students - like the communication isn't the best. I think they should do more for disabled students starting uni for the first time by setting them up with wellbeing well in advance, and offering wellbeing services well in advance too, e.g. meetings with wellbeing mentors before term one. Also, it'd be good if specific details on how to find classrooms would be offered, as it can be so scary for new students trying to find their first class. Video tutorials would be great for this, especially for navigating the facilities such as the library. The best aspects of my uni experience have been the geese, I can't lie. They're really great. The nature on campus is so lovely, and whenever I've had a bad day in my classes, walking through lakeside and seeing all the magpies, geese, and rabbits has made me feel so much calmer. I think another great thing about Warwick is how many cafes there are to choose from! Curiositea, pret, the green room, there are so many and most of them have good vegan options too. Speaking of vegan options, rootes grocery store has lovely vegan croissants and vegan sausage rolls - my only qualm is how expensive they are! One last thing - as a Warwick student, if you're ever bored, there's always an abundance of opportunity emails being sent to you, which makes finding the right ones so much easier.

I'm not a fan of the 3 hour seminars for postgrads. I could be so excited for a seminar and super energised, but once I've been sat there for an hour and a half, it's really draining. I think they should spread out the seminars and have more contact time so that it's worth the money. Also, the teaching can be hit-or-miss. There are plenty of brilliant ones, but the odd one can really impact your enjoyment of the course when they're not teaching in an engaging way or being a bit too harsh marking your work. Best parts are probably the writing exercises in class - I wish we'd be able to do this more, and getting to know the people on your course. Also the chance to learn about things you wouldn't have known before - looking back at everything I've learned, the modules that I struggled with a lot make me feel quite happy and proud now knowing that I have knowledge on something I never would've tried learning about before uni.

The location is the best part, 100%! And the worst part is the room allocation. It's really not accurate and I've had accommodation lots of times where I have nothing in common with any of my flatmates. I think they should work on improving this more than anything!
