Really enjoying myself here, everything about the uni is fantastic and I couldn't recommend it any further. The architecture alone is worth the visit!! concrete box residences overlooking the river flood plain. There is also the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts - many exhibitions are free. A walk round the lake, through the woods, round the campus - all worthwhile. Go to Sainsbury Centre Coffee Shop etc. for a wonderful view and good coffe, good priced food!

My course is interesting and my coursemates are all very supportive--I'm really enjoying being part of the community at UEA.

The course is great and everything is moving back to being in-person, although there have been some hiccups with hybrid learning where covid isolation has forced everyone either back online or to miss classes. Subject facilities would be improved if seminars were held nearer to the centre of campus, or in a subject-specific building (they take place across campus in various faculties). There are no work placements or internships specific to the course, so that scores a 1, although the careers service is very informative and helpful.

The place is not very diverse, although that is improving. Public transport is unfortunately fairly unreliable if you are travelling to a time-sensitive event (e.g. a seminar or catching a train). Graduate employment opportunities within the town are fairly average (not as good as in London, but not as bad as other small towns).
