The university is a warm and comfortable environment with ideal facilities and wonderful staff. I don't have anything bad to say about it!

The course has kind and understanding staff who each offer a unique perspective. They teach in rotation, which means each session feels fresh and exciting. Sessions tend to have one thematic focus and there is always room for questions to be asked and feedback to be given so that we get the most out of the course. Contact with the tutors is also always available and is very strong

The walk to the university is the perfect length of time to wake up without being too far away. The rooms are good quality for the money, and the view you get is almost guaranteed to be pleasant; in my kitchen/living room space, there's a lovely view of the river. The hub space is also great and includes a very convenient laundry room! Despite my efforts there was a silverfish problem in my ensuite, but the staff have been very helpful in this regard. In general the staff are kind and always willing to help.
