UofG is just amazing. The community is just like a second family and really bands together. It definitely doesn't hurt that the main campus looks like Hogwarts! Overall an amazing experience in an amazing university.

Something for everyone!! There's serious clubs like competitive sports and orchestras, but also fun clubs like the cheese appreciation society.

They try their best and really listen to students!

The best part is the different styles and amount of ressources provided to learn the content. From practicals, to in person handling, to online interactive platforms, these different methods make the material easier to digest. The worst part are the online lectures that happen once in a while. In person teaching, or live-teaching are better in terms of allocating specific amount of time for certain tasks.

Lecturers are engaging. Labs complement the theory learnt in class. Online lectures are difficult to get through.

The catering service at Wolfson has been declining. They do not fill the juice machine anymore and certain food are not provided anymore. For example, in September, we would have burgers with options of tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles to choose from on the side, but a few months later the options were only cheese to add to our burger. The building is old and construction is constant. Scaffolding are placed outside of our window for months at a time without any workers using them. It prevents natural sunlight from getting into my room.
