I really enjoy studying at the University of Brighton. I study at the mouslecoomb campus in the new business and law building, Elm House, which creates a really nice study environment and has good facilities such as a cafe which is reasonably priced. I also live in the newly built student accommodation which is right opposite where I study which was a major aspect that I looked at when choosing a uni. The student union is very helpful and are always hosting fun events and there are so many societies to join. Overall, I love the uni experience in Brighton.

For some parts of my course, I feel as though we are not being taught to the full potential due to the lack of lecturers that specialise in the subjects. I would like to have more contact time per week to make the most of my learning. I enjoy the course content and it is very interesting and related to careers that I potentially will look in to in the future.

My uni halls are very new and therefore very modern which makes them a great place to live for first year. However, being brand new makes them a little expensive but I believe that it is worth the money as we have great services, I always feel safe with 24/7 security and the whole atmosphere is very nice. We also have a student bar connected to the buildings which is great for socialising and meeting new people, perfect for first years. The internet is pretty good, there has been no major issues with it so far. The location is also really great and is one of the main reasons on why I decided to come to Brighton, as it is a two minute walk across the bridge to get to the campus where I study most days of the week.
