An unreal place to study, especially as someone from NI. Belfast is an amazing city and this is heavily due to the student life and the university. The students of queens seem to be a focus on the city and its modern metropolitan feel. Nothing to improve.

I think the student support is fabulous but the course content in semester one could definitely be improved.

I have absolutely no notes for my halls- they are right in city centre, a 15 min walk away from uni, and the staff are lovely aswell as night time security. The only note is that the washing machine company is quite expensive for someone who does all their washing down in bfast

I like the academic part of it. It’s challenging but also fun. My tutors and lecturers are very nice and supportive. QUB has a lot of great resources. Maybe it could be improved by better signposting of resources to new students. I’m very tenacious when it comes to hunting down all the support available to me, but some students I speak to are unaware of some very helpful things they provide.

I don’t mind it. For me, it’s pretty hands off in direct contact time. It’s very self directed. It’s good if you reach out and get more help though. I suppose it’s nice to have that flexibility as well. I love how varied the module content is. I love how it opens me up to new interests and things I wouldn’t have glanced at before embarking on my studies at QUB.
