Studying in Falmouth feels like being abroad, the town is beautiful and so is the campus. There are exciting plants everywhere. Studying here isn’t daunting at all everything and everyone is so welcoming and warm. The facilities are great and there are so many exciting opportunities.

There are some things like knitting facilities that Falmouth lack and do not offer, but apart from that i have no complaints really.

Living here is great because it’s so close to campus, and living in a village setting is nice because all your friends are a 2 minute walk away. It’s so much nicer than potentially living in a massive block of flats i think that would feel way more scary.

Falmouth University is a really great place for textiles. They have so many facilities and I feel as though I get all the support I need from the tutors. Falmouth is a pretty small town but it is a lot different to a city university. There’s only one club, the famous ‘club I’ so the nightlife is much more chilled out. The student’s union bar puts on a lot of events. It was really warming and welcoming in my first year, very easy and comfortable to settle in. The Fxu have loads of clubs and societies but especially good if your into your water sports!
