Support staff could do a better job with response times and tracking student information - have had a negative experience with a couple of different departments - otherwise love the place!

Some departments are better than others - my current course is very supportive but previous courses have been less so

Everything os great in its own way. Everything's systematic. We have very supportive teachers, very nice student centre,we have microwave, lots of spaces to study, heaters , silent environment. As I am from Asia, and I am still weak at English, I feel alittle bit lonely and disspointed when I try to speak to someone who I have never known before just for socialing because sometimes I feel like they do not want to say in slow. The worst thing for me is that all my flatmates are undergraduates. May be because they are still very young and they are all english, they are in squads. Most of the time when I stay in my room and they gather in kitchen room, I feel like I am outsider. I do not mean they do not speak to me, I mean they talk to me but only the nescessary ones. I want to provide suggestions that if would be better if we could stay with the same degrees and mix students from different countries like balanced countries like three students from Asia and others.

For over all view, I am satisfied with the course. We have readings and have discussions in class.Teachers are also great and they consider inclusive classroom.
